Jaitapur Speaks has been created by a collective of students who are passionate about human rights, preserving the environment, and exposing the long-term costs of nuclear energy.  Through this website and the associated forum, we wanted to create a platform where concerned citizens, students, and activists can learn about the Jaitapur Nuclear Project and the many ways that it would negatively impact the environment and local community.  We hope that this site will be used as a reliable and up-to-date educational resource and as an organizational tool through which we will spread the message of opposition to the plant.
